It has been stationary for three years and we are the the original owners. We purchased it brand new, off the lot in February 2023. It has less than 1000 miles on it. We just had a shop look it over and everything is in good working condition.

It comes with a custom skirt we added after the fact, and some solar, plus both TVs. We modified the interior for full‑time living but kept the original floor and color scheme: a residential couch, a dedicated work station, and a counter‑height table—no other permanent changes and only command hooks used on the walls. The layout fits a king bed comfortably.

The dealership installed a washer and dryer. The RV is in excellent condition, and we can provide tank sizes on request; it currently has two black tanks, two gray tanks, and one fresh water tank. Message me with any questions or to schedule a viewing.
