Hello Everyone,
We(My Mother and I) are trying to sell her RV.
My Father and Mother bought the RV just one year ago, it has been barely used since they bought it. In total only used for about 5 trips, the longest trip being them taking it home to Oregon. We need to sell it because my Dad passed away some months ago. There is a large loan remaining that my Mother can not afford and we don't have any plans to use the RV. It was my Dad's toy and he was the only one that felt comfortable even driving the thing. We are trying to sell it quickly, but want to get the best value for the RV. It is in excellent condition overall and has low miles in my opinion. When purchased it had 15,600 miles and again the longest trip taken was driving it back home to Oregon which took about 3,000 miles. It was then driven a few times in State to Beaver/Ducks college football games and was lastly taken five months ago for a trip to Monterey CA so about 1,400 miles round trip. Very little use.
It again is in excellent condition with very minor almost zero damage to paint, body and interior. My Dad like most of his toys babied the RV for the short time he owned it. It has 3 slides and is 36 feet long, runs on gas. I have seen the exact same RV being sold by dealer(s) with higher miles of about 29,600 and the dealer(s) are asking over $59k close to $60k.
The RV has a custom made large couch that my parents never tried to fold out...so I gave it a try and did a ok job at it, you might do better. Looks like that sleeps two plus a Queen bed for a total of four. Refrigerator, sink, propane oven/stove, cabinets, two toilets, one shower, two TVs, a Dish Network satellite and very clean interior. Other options include even a backup camera installed and it does have the standard OEM generator. I don't know all the standard or added options to list them. Ready for all hookups. Everything works and the RV is solid NO LEAKS. Again we want to get the best price we can for the RV to help us settle the RV loan and also not to be cheated for one of the assets my Dad had before his passing. I am including pictures of the RV outside and inside, also the two bill of sell records we have for the RV from a year ago.
Some last things. We can not deliver the RV, we would require that the buyer pick it up. Please get in touch if you are interested in purchasing the RV. We are trying to sell it fast and again for a good value compared to what some buyers would get buying the same RV elsewhere.
Also please understand the RV has a lien which is greater then what we are asking for the RV. If any buyer agrees to buy the RV it will be contingent on the bank/lien holder agreeing to accept the price we agree to sell it to you for. The process would be that my Mother goes to the current bank/lien holder and submits a request to settle the loan based on the sells price we have agreed to. If the bank approves they will issue a guarantee of tittle letter that promises the title will be provided to the buyer or to your loan holder if you are financing. All funds to purchase the RV will go to our current lien holder. So to sum up even if we agree to do a transaction it could maybe not happen if the bank/lien holder doesn't approve.
Have a great day.
